Paul V. Sciocchetti, Esq.

Paul V. Sciocchetti is a principal of the Albany, NY real estate law firm. He practices in the area of Real Estate, Business and Commercial Transactional Law and Land Development. He represents numerous builders, developers and lenders, as well as handling thousands of transactions for purchasers and sellers, both commercial and residential.

Mr. Sciocchetti is a graduate of Pace University School of Law and Siena College. He is a member of the New York State and Schenectady County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, and the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division Third Department.

Mr. Sciocchetti has lectured widely on issues concerning Real Estate Law and has remained an active and strong sponsor to and member of affiliated organizations such as the National Association of Realtors, Greater Capital Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, Young Real Estate Professionals of New York, Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Capital Region Builders & Remodelers Association.

Mr. Sciocchetti has served as chair, board member, and major benefactor to numerous philanthropic, cultural and community organizations, including the American Cancer Society, Boys & Girls Club of America, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Ronald McDonald’s House charities of the Capital Region area, just to name a few.

Marnie M. Abbott is a principal of the Latham, NY real estate law firm. She specializes in all areas of real estate law. She represents purchasers, sellers, builders, lenders, and title companies. Ms. Abbott is best known for her thorough, “leave no stone-unturned” approach to her real estate transactions.

Ms. Abbott is a graduate of Vermont Law School and Union College. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Abbott was born in Saratoga, New York and currently resides in South Glens Falls, New York.
